We review your date, the distance, the time you need to be ready by and the services requested, to assure we can accommodate your morning properly. No enquiry is answered automatically.

PERSONALLY CONFIRM YOUR DATE
If we are available we send you a personal booking link including retainer fee, T's & C's and any further information. If we are not available, we will inform you so you can continue planning.
YOU'RE BOOKED
Your date is secured and journey starts
Terms accepted and the £99 retainer received.
Your date becomes officially secured only once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted and the £99 retainer has been received. If we don't receive your retainer fee, your wedding date hasn't been secure, this is also held on a first come first served basis. The retainer is deducted from your final balance. This is when we book your consultation date.

Once you have chosen your dream dress, we invite you into the studio to talk through your wedding day, your bridal party, creating a style to complement you and your dress, veil and added hair / accessory ideas. This takes approximately 1 hour.
HAIRSTYLE PREVIEW
Trial
Design, refine and photograph the look.
Your trial is a weekday styling session of two to three hours in the studio usually around 6 weeks before your big day, with couture's in-house accessories, hair extensions and selection of veils to hand. We talk through your hair, dress, veil and ideas, design the look, test how it wears, photograph it from every angle and record exactly how it is created.
FINAL DETAILS
Wedding preparation is finalised
Timings, running order and hair care.
We confirm your final numbers, build the wedding-morning running order and send written preparation guidance for you and your bridal party also any requirements we may need.
RELAX AND ENJOY EVERY MOMENT
Your wedding morning
SOAK UP THEE LAST MOMENTS AS A MISS!
We arrive at the confirmed arrival time, work to the agreed schedule alongside your makeup artist and photographer, and leave you with your dream bridal hair to enjoy such a special day.
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
Post-wedding thank you and review follow-up
WE LOVE HEARING YOUR THE DAY WENT.
A week after the wedding we send a personal thank you, and later we ask only if you are happy, for a review and permission to share your photographs for future brides.

The difference between enquiring and being booked
This is the single thing we most want brides to understand, so there is never any doubt about whether a date is yours.
Submitting an enquiry
Gives us your wedding details. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken.
Being told the date is available
Means we can take your wedding on that date at the time we email you. The date is not held and remains available to other enquiries.
Paying the £99 retainer
Is the point at which you commit. It is non-refundable and comes off your final balance.
The date becoming officially secured
Happens once the retainer has been received and the Terms and Conditions accepted. Only then is the date removed from our diary.
The retainer is £99 and is deducted from your final balance. Dates are offered on a first come, first served basis and are never held.
